    La Kimchi Mexicana

A salsa verde kimchi, born from Nicole's Guadalajara roots.

A kimchi built on a roasted-style salsa verde base: tomatillos, cilantro, white onion and lime folded through red cabbage, napa and daikon. Corn masa flour gives it body and a toasted-corn finish you will not find in any other jar on the shelf. It is the ferment we made for tacos, and it stays biodiverse and alive from our kitchen to your fridge.
